When the organization long term vision is to become the center of reference and research but..
The organization itself doesn't approved their staff to expend their knowledge as a preparation for the organization so called vision..wats wrong?
Or is the organization taking a easy solution by just hiring a new staff for the job..in the end making the rest of the staff irrelevance to the organization??
So..yeah..its even funnier when ur organization is an education institution..wat when wrong?
